Paralysis is a disorder caused due to the loss of muscles. It can affect the person completely and partially both. Usually, a paralysis attack occurs because of the damage caused in the nervous system. Paralysis attacks occur mostly when people are extremely stressed and due to high blood pressure. Sudden weakness can also sometimes result in paralysis. People suffering from paralysis cannot feel the sense of touching, there is no sensation in the paralyzed area. Other considerable causes are trauma and stroke with nerve injury, cerebral palsy, peripheral neuropathy, Parkinson disease, etc. injury in the spinal cord may also cause paralysis.

Treatment at home by a Physiotherapist and a versed attendant

People dealing with paralysis cannot do all their activities on their own and hence, they always require support for every single thing and looking at the current scenario in every next home it is quite common that one cannot pay full attention to the sufferer, it becomes a bit hectic for the family members to take the best care of them thus, keeping a caretaker/attendant along with an expert Physiotherapist for the paralysis patient would give you sigh of relief as they shall look after them constantly and do the needful attentively. 

Basically, the work of a physiotherapist is to treat the patient by physical activities and not by medicines but with few therapies. They instruct in doing the exercises and all those sorts of things which a physiotherapist does. In a maximum number of cases, It is evidently proved that in just a few sessions the patient would experience a speedy recovery when they are treated by skilful physiotherapy . On the other hand, the attendant or caretaker does all the activities for the patient like they would assist the patient in mobility, walk, toileting, making them a bath, grooming, exercises, massage etc. they also prepare a meal for the patient. Apart from all these a well-mannered and a humble attendant also gives the feeling of companionship by mingling well with the patient.
